Privacy Policy
This website collects as little as possible. Here's exactly what that means.

What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. How your health information is protected in therapy is explained in my Notice of Privacy Practices, which you'll receive before your first session. You can also ask for a copy at any time.
What this website collects
This website has no contact forms, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking cookies. It never asks you to type in personal or health information.
Like almost every website, the hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the visit. These records are used only to keep the site secure and working, and they are not used to identify you.
When you call, text, or email
If you contact me, I use your name and contact details only to reply and to schedule a consultation. I never sell or share them with anyone for marketing.
Regular email and text messages are not fully secure. Please keep your first message brief and leave out sensitive details. We can talk about everything on the phone.
Links to other websites
Online booking, client forms, and video sessions use separate, HIPAA-compliant services with their own privacy policies. Links to other websites, such as government resources, are also covered by those sites' own policies.
Children
This website is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and questions
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Questions? Use the phone number or email address at the bottom of this page.
