  • Out-of-network

    A detailed invoice for reimbursement (many plans repay 60–80%). HSA and FSA accepted.

  • Cancellations

    24 hours' notice. If another time that week works, we're happy to move you.

How do I get started?

Call (203) 873-1110 for a free 20-minute phone consultation. It's a chance to talk about what you're looking for and how I can best help you.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, I'm in-network with Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Husky Health CT. With other plans, many clients pay directly and get reimbursed for out-of-network care, and I'm happy to give you a detailed invoice for your insurance.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Life brings unforeseen challenges like illness, job loss or student loans, so I do my best to offer a sliding scale whenever possible. If I can't, I'll help you find a referral.

Can I be seen today?

If you have an immediate need, same-day or next-day appointments may be available. Call to ask.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I'm licensed in Connecticut and Florida, so I can see residents of either state online.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 9:00 pm.
